The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring robust planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and NEC4 contractual programme compliance throughout the project lifecycle.\nPlanning & Scheduling\nDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed Baseline Programmes using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.\nPrepare and update contract programmes compliant with NEC4 contractual requirements.\nEstablish project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity coding structures, and resource-loaded schedules.\nDevelop short-term, medium-term, and long-term project schedules.\nMonitor project progress against approved baselines and identify potential schedule risks and opportunities.\nProduce look-ahead programmes and recovery plans where required.\nSupport tender planning activities, methodology development, and programme submissions.\nNEC4 Contract Administration Support\nPrepare and maintain Accepted Programmes in accordance with NEC4 contract requirements.\nSupport the management of Compensation Events by assessing programme impacts and schedule implications.\nAssist project teams in demonstrating entitlements relating to extensions of time and programme changes.\nEnsure programme submissions meet NEC4 contractual obligations regarding logic, float ownership, critical path, risk allowances, and progress reporting.\nSupport Project Managers and Commercial Teams during programme reviews and contractual discussions.\nMaintain programme records to support contractual claims and dispute avoidance.\nProgress Monitoring & Reporting\nConduct regular progress reviews with project teams and subcontractors.\nPerform critical path analysis and identify schedule deviations.\nMeasure and report project performance using key schedule metrics.\nPrepare weekly and monthly planning reports, dashboards, and management presentations.\nAnalyse variances and recommend corrective actions.\nGenerate earned value and productivity reports where applicable.\nRisk & Delay Analysis\nIdentify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nConduct schedule impact assessments and what-if scenario analyses.\nSupport forensic planning and delay analysis exercises.\nMaintain programme risk registers and track mitigation measures.\nAssist in preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) assessments and delay claims.\nStakeholder Management\nLiaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on programme matters.\nFacilitate planning workshops and schedule review meetings.\nProvide planning expertise and guidance to project teams.\nMentor and support junior planners and planning engineers.\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.\nMinimum 8-12 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, transportation, energy, or industrial projects.\nMinimum 3-5 years experience working on projects administered under NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts.\nDemonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex project programmes.\nExperience supporting Compensation Events, EOT assessments, and programme submissions under NEC contracts.\nAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.\nExperience with Power BI and project controls reporting tools is advantageous.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
