Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\n Turner and Townsend seek a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs.\nThe successful candidate will bring experience supporting the delivery of construction and capital projects within one or more of Turner & Townsend's key markets, including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy & natural resources. Exposure to complex projects, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary teams across these sectors is preferred.\nResponsibilities:\nImplementing best practices and reporting trends both internally and externally.\nCreate and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.\nReview and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.\nCreate, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.\nActively work with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity.\nAble to produce high level and 1, 3, 6 months look ahead from P6 for reporting.\nProduce logic driven schedules from limited project information a conceptual schedule from initiation through to closeout; identify major phases through that timeline and be able to determine and discuss dependencies.\nUtilize P6 to:create E2E master schedules using known techniques such as rolling wave planning (L2-3 detail).\ncreate detailed construction schedules incorporating s/c commitments (L4-5 detail).\nregularly updating schedules in-line with Program calendar following standard planning principles.\nresource loading schedules and producing management overview of over and underutilization effectively.\nidentifying and trending movement to key float paths.\nquantity tracking using S-curves.\n\nCollaborate with contractors and sub-contractors on regular basis.\nPrepare and update monthly progress reports.\nActively monitor and communicate any possible project issues that could delay the schedule.\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\n Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.\nMinimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.\nCertification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred. \nPrior experience building a complex master schedule\nFamiliarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting. \nAble to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.\nExcellent communication skills.\n *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs*\nThe base salary range for this role is $120,00-$165,000 USD. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
