Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nAs a Project Control Lead, you will be involved in: \nProvides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems. \nClient interface, attends regular meetings and provides strategy-type recommendations on critical matters to support decision-making. \nAdvise client on the establishment of the program master coding architecture, integration of all functional requirements, and development of a robust, scalable reporting system across the program. \nAdvise client on the development and implementation of project controls procedures to support the implementation of best practices, primarily for schedule, cost, earned value, risk, and change management processes. \nOversees the preparation and progress of the Master Development Schedule. \nManages a team of Project Control specialists who are qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs and performance against an established schedule with critical milestones. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
