This role oversees contractor performance, engages directly with clients, and ensures project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and organizational objectives.\nThis leader must apply advanced technical expertise, strong business acumen, and strategic problem-solving skills across multiple disciplines. Proficiency in Asana and strong facilities knowledge-particularly with industrial-are essential requirements for success in this position.\n What you'll do\nServe as a primary point of contact for client communications throughout the project lifecycle.\nProvide clear, timely project updates regarding progress, risks, schedules, and budget status.\nLead client meetings, presentations, and status reviews.\nAddress client concerns promptly while ensuring expectations are understood and incorporated into project execution.\nComprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations (OSHA/HSE) to ensure all installations meet regulatory standards.\nConduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and approved drawings.\nReview contractor schedules and verify progress and completion timelines.\nEvaluate cost payment requisitions, change orders, budget status, and Job Cost Reports.\nRecommend release of construction funds based on validated project status.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-value project lifecycles simultaneously without losing sight of granular details.\nImplement and uphold all safety and environmental standards on site.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and compliant onsite environment.\nUse strong facilities expertise in chillers to support operational decisions, troubleshooting, and system integration.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-value project lifecycles simultaneously without losing sight of granular details.\nImprove departmental and cross-functional performance using advanced analytical and strategic skills.\nSolve complex operational and organizational issues using sound judgment.\nEnhance processes, methods, and standards for greater efficiency and quality.\nCollaborate and negotiate with external partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.\nMaintains a calm and authoritative presence during site emergencies or project setbacks, delivering clear instructions and updates to all relevant parties under pressure.\n Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.\nStrong organizational and management skills - the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.\nEffective presentation skills.\nProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
