The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nThe successful candidate will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, coordinate consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nLead the delivery of projects from feasibility, planning, design, procurement, execution, commissioning, and close-out stages.\nManage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and specialist advisors.\nDevelop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.\nMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.\nEnsure compliance with client requirements, project governance standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.\nManage stakeholder engagement activities with clients, authorities, partners, and project stakeholders.\nCoordinate project reviews and delivery activities to ensure successful project outcomes.\nLead risk management processes and proactively identify and address project challenges and opportunities.\nOversee contractor and consultant performance, contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial matters.\nPrepare and present project progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to clients and senior management.\nSupport business development activities, proposals, and client relationship initiatives.\nMentor and develop junior project managers and project team members.\nPromote a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 12+ years of experience in real estate industry.\nStrong knowledge of the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover.\nExperience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of project controls, cost management, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.\nExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.\nExperience working on transportation, roads, utilities, aviation, rail, water, energy, or urban development projects.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
