Please visit us at www.turnerandtownsend.com\nAs a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager in our Real Estate team, we are looking for you to support and lead these large projects, manage a team, have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects.\nTo support and manage large scale projects as the key client interface\nDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion\nManaging the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations\nReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.\nManaging project safety and environmental requirements\nManaging project timelines, risks and reporting\nManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track\nDirect line management team responsibilities\n A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management\nA minimum of 3 years industry experience working on Education project will be ideal\nAbility to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.\nAdvanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded\nTechnical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface\nExcellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.\nHighly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients\nA recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management\n This role is offered on a FIFO/DIDO basis.
