Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nPlease visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com\n Due to the continued success and expansion of our European business we currently have opportunities in Frankfurt and want to talk with MEP Professionals.\nOversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications, codes, and standards.\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.\nAnalyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.\nReview construction proposals and related pricing/scopes, manage project budgets, and control costs within financial limits.\nSupport engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.\nReview, correct and assess work-in-place, to approve capital expenditure spends.\nFacilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure a clear understanding of MEP requirements and project timelines.\nRun and lead client and other required meetings.\nIdentify factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.\nReview requests for payment.\nTrack and ensure equipment meets the project schedule.\nRecord occurrence that might result in a claim - acting on the client’s behalf.\nReview and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments.\n University degree in Construction Management or a related field.\nminimum 15 years experience as a MEP Project Manager for major construction projects; experiences in Data Centre Construction projects preferred.\nAdvanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.\nStrong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to multi-task.\nMust have a “team attitude”, be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.\nEntrepreneurial thinking, creativity and dynamism.\nFluent English language skills as well as min.
