The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects.\nResponsibilities:\nManage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects. \nCan analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. \nVerify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized \nEnsure application of best practice on all projects. \nProduction of formal project status reports and other reports as required. \nMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied correctly. \nManage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. \nManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications. \nForecast and update key project milestones. \nManage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteria. \nProvide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders. \nRapid response to RFIs from the field. \nProvide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required. \nIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers. \nClient management - assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities. \nStrategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives. \nKnowledge management - ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project are captured. \nProcess improvement - Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes \nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. \n Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience. \nMinimum 15 years of project management experience, preferably in Nuclear, Energy, Chemical, Data Center or other highly-regulated Industrial Facilities. \nPMP certification required.\nDemonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.\nProven experience managing full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgets.\nStrong financial and commercial acumen, including budget development and cost control.\nDirect experience working in highly regulated environments.\nSuperior communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently and professionally with senior project management peers and technical stakeholders.\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be willing and able to work on-site in Eunice, New Mexico\nAbility to pass a comprehensive background check.\nWillingness to travel or relocate as required (candidates sourced primarily from Houston and Midland).\nPreferred Experience\nPrior work in nuclear facilities or similarly regulated industrial settings.\nExperience managing large-scale or high-risk project.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
