We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to deliver retail construction projects. This is an ideal role for a quality driven professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nHelp to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. \nCollaborate with the overall cross-functional project team \nCheck contracts for services for commissions under your control are in place with all clients/sub-consultants in line with group policy. \nProject planning, including advising the production of the detailed project plan. \nAdvise upon the procurement of resources -design and construction. \nMonitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance. \nSet up and manage the change control process. \nMonitor and advise upon project finances/budgets. \nAssist managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. \nEnsure the production of formal project progress and other reports. \nManage and monitor design team in accordance with commission scope. \nManage and monitor contractor in accordance with commission scope. \nDevelop appropriate contractor interface. \n Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.\nYou have at least Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, Construction Management or other relevant discipline.\nFluent English and Spanish.\nPreferred background in Architecture.\nStrong Design Management skills.\nPreferably experienced in Retail projects\nExperience working in the Spanish market.\nStrong stakeholder management and team-work skills.\nGood written and reporting skills.\n Nous offrons un environnement de travail stimulant et dynamique.
