Due to the continued success and expansion of our business in Spain we are currently recruiting for an experiencedRisk Manager to join our team in Dublin.\nWith a market leading client base and the opportunity to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.\nThe Senior Risk Manager will lead the development and implementation of the risk management process on the commission. You will act as the key point of contact for all Risk Management activity across the programme and will be experienced in the delivery of risk management on large construction projects, ideally with experience of data centre construction.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the delivery of Project/Risk Management Consultancy Services to major clients.\nServe as the central liaison for all matters related to project risk.\nDeliver training and facilitate risk workshops with cross-functional teams to support effective use of risk tools and processes.\nKeep the Client consistently informed with regular updates on risk status, emerging issues, and critical concerns.\nShare insights and practical recommendations with project controls and systems teams based on hands-on experience with new tools and procedures.\nCreate and manage the Project Risk Management Plan (RMP), outlining methodology, roles, thresholds, and reporting frequency in line with Client expectations.\nMaintain a comprehensive and up-to-date risk register, ensuring proper categorization, scoring, and tracking of risks.\nPerform both qualitative and quantitative risk analyses (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, CRA/SRA), and document key findings.\nEnsure real-time accuracy of risk data to reflect current site conditions.\nWork closely with the Cost Management team to produce and align monthly Cost Risk Analysis with evolving project dynamics.\nPromote a forward-thinking risk culture through active communication and knowledge exchange across teams.\n Proven experience managing risk on large-scale construction projects and programmes.\nStrong track record in developing and implementing risk management processes, mitigation strategies, and reporting.\nExperience within a consultancy or professional services environment.\nData centre project experience preferred; experience in other mission-critical or industrial projects is advantageous.\nStrong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written, reporting, and communication skills.\n Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
