Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier program, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\n Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction project control services.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). \nEstablish the schedule management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs. \nInterface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project. \nPrepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams. \nConduct schedule of resource loading and leveling. \nConsolidate contractors schedule to incorporate into IMS. \nAssess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team. \nMonitor schedule deviations and variances and assist in the development of alternative methods for corrective action. \nApply EVM methodology to measure project progress. \nReview schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated into the schedule. \nPrepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a periodic basis. \nMaintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance. \nAssure the credibility of the information contained in the schedule. \nMaintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all projects stages. \n Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction. \nMinimum 5-7 years of applicable experience. \nDirect experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment. \nExpertise using Primavera P6. \nExcellent communication skills. \n *On site requirements might change based on client needs*\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
