Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\nJob Description\nPerform financial project reconciliations to ensure data integrity\nCreate and post journal entries and ensure that all costs, fees, reclasses, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.\nUse aggregate data from multiple sources to generate reports and analyze findings.\nGenerate financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting.\nReview the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management, operations and vendors.\nRespond to and resolve issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports.\nResearch open accounting issues and recognize potential issues and conflicts so corrective action can intercept and minimize issues.\nFind creative solutions to resolve problems.\nHave some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.\n Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered\nStrong attention to detail and problem solving skills.\nExperience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
