Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier program, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.\n Turner & Townsend are currently seeking a driven, focused and qualified individual to support the strategic analysis of our client’s automotive Dealer network.\nAs the Strategy Support / Financial Data Analytics Coordinator you will work alongside a Turner & Townsend team, delivering work with our client in their head office. You will have direct interface with our clients Dealer Network Development team with responsibility for producing monthly and ad hoc reports to support their activity.\nYou will likely be required to be in the office in the Cool Springs area in Franklin, TN up to 5 days a week during regular business hours.\nSuccessful applicants will have an interest in data / financial analysis and a desire to work in the automotive industry.\nYou will have a proven ability to deliver positive change, devise new approaches and contribute to innovation. You model consideration and empathy, challenging unacceptable behaviour and treating people as valued individuals and colleagues.\nSpecifics activities include:\nProduce executive / regional reports, presentations, special projects and related information analyses to support performance objectives\nPrepare strategic financial analyses of automotive Retailers to identify opportunity areas for improvement\nDevelop tools and reports to support analysis of Retailers’ financial performance and cross-departmental ad hoc requests\nManage, coordinate and prepare effective presentation material for our clients executive management teams\nCreate reports that clearly communicate actionable plans to improve Dealer performance\nDrive to meet regular reporting schedules and to continually improve existing report formats, templates and processes\nFlexibility and commitment to deliver work products in tight timeframes\nAbility to manage priorities when work assignments are given with short notice and quick deadlines\nExtensive interface with multiple stakeholders including executive teams, other departments and external parties\nSupport the training of regional personnel and stakeholders\nKnowledge management - ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is captured. Ensure application of best practice on all projects\nProcess improvement - Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes\n A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in data analytics, finance, business management or project management\nExperience and understanding of financial statements preferred\nExperience and a desire to work in the automotive field\nPositive, flexible attitude\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to utilize all the common Microsoft tools to make persuasive cases to support strategic objectives.\nStrong commercial acumen\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans\nThe ability to build and maintain effective relationships\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work at client sites independent from other team members \nDetail oriented with strong focus on producing high-quality outputs to meet tight deadlines\nStrong proficiency in the common Microsoft Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)\nExperience building PowerBI reports preferred\n *On site requirements might change based on client needs*\nSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.\nOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
