This position will be work closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities and Automation.\nYou will assist project teams delivering building commissioning services. Develop and ensure adherence to a detailed commissioning schedule and plan. Cover all aspects of pre-commissioning and startup phases through handover. This job is part of the Building Consultancy function. They are responsible for specialist building services including surveying, inspections, and planning.\nThis role will be on-site at our client's campus three to four days a week.\nSupport manufacturing, facilities, utilities, equipment, and computerized systems. \nEnsure commissioning and validation activities comply with FDA and global CGMP requirements.\nEnsure compliance with data integrity principles (ALCOA+).\nOwn and develop change controls (change management), protocols, testing execution, reporting, and risk assessments.\nOversee the commissioning process for building systems. This includes HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Low Voltage. \nReviews construction-related design documents, designs, submittals, specifications and O&Ms for approval. Write custom checklists and detailed testing procedures. \nDeliver building commissioning services for small to large projects.\nReview and develop construction project-related reports and deliverable documentation for review and approval.\nPerforms on-site observations, inspection, testing, validation, and verification of building systems.\nFacilitates O&M staff training sessions.\nApply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.\nCoach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.\nLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.\nImpact a range of customers, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams \nWork within broad guidelines and policies. \nExplain difficult or sensitive information.\n Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. \nAbility to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.\nWillingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
