At Turning Point, you will be empowered and equipped to use your unique skills and abilities to glorify God and make an eternal impact while being part of a professional Christian community and relational work environment.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Media and Project Coordinator supports Turning Point’s global outreach by coordinating international television and radio promotions, media schedules, cross-functional marketing initiatives, affiliate reporting, and special projects. This position works closely with International Ministries, Marketing, Creative Services, and ministry partners in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. The role also provides essential project and administrative support to the Director of International Ministries, helping advance strategic priorities and ensure effective follow-through.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate International Media and Marketing Initiatives\nPlan, manage, and execute promotional schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television and radio programming in international markets\nRepresent International Ministries in Marketing meetings and foster collaboration with Marketing and Creative Services by coordinating communications, campaign planning, and promotional initiatives\nTrack promotional performance, audience engagement, and other key metrics to evaluate and strengthen international marketing and broadcast initiatives\nProvide Project and Administrative Support to the Director of International MinistriesSupport special revenue-generating assignments and cross-functional projects that advance the ministry’s international outreach\nCoordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items\nPrepare, process, and maintain contracts, proposals, and related documentation, ensuring timely routing and completion\n\nCoordinate International Affiliate ReportingCoordinate the development of board reports and presentations for the ministry's international affiliates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom\nReceive and process regular reports from partners\n\nCore Competencies:\nSpiritual Leadership: Demonstrates a Christ-centered approach to work and relationships.\nTeamwork: Builds positive and supportive relationships within the ministry, including employees, partners, and the community.\nIntegrity: Maintains a high standard of ethical and moral conduct.\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (media, communications, business, or ministry-related field preferred)\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in broadcast/media operations, production coordination, or executive support, preferably in Christian Ministry\nFamiliarity with international broadcast/media landscape is a plus\nHighly developed interpersonal skills, superior communication skills (verbal and written), discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment\nSelf-motivated with the desire to and ability to act independently\nIncredible attention to detail\nProficiency in computer and Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a plus\nAbility to juggle multiple projects and demands from different departments\nWorking for Turning Point - What to Expect:\nTurning Point for God is committed to creating a dynamic culture that reflects our traditional Christian values and supports our employees’ God-given and unique abilities and skills. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
