Join us and be a part of a company that’s making waves and empowering its people to do extraordinary things every single day!\nAbout the Role\nThe Outside Sales Associate will exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers, have the ability to manage and grow existing accounts, and pursue new business accounts.\nWhat You'll Do\nSelling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating products\nIncreasing business by generating sales to new customers and by selling additional products to existing customers\nPursuing product applications by utilizing personal knowledge, internal specialist/resources, vendor representatives and other available sources.\nEstablishing and maintaining customer relationships.\nLearning and evaluating customer operations to aid in identifying customer objectives, requirements, and preferences.\nProcessing product quotations in conjunction with inside sales counterparts and provide continuous follow up throughout the completion of the customer’s purchasing cycle.\nThis position will require travel within an assigned territory. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a current driver’s license and good driving record.\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nIndustrial and/or Commercial experience preferred.\nStrong leadership and organizational skills.\nAbility to visit customers in person\nExcellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive decisions with influence.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nExperience with at least one sales area:Industrial\nOEM\nAutomation\nLighting\nPower Distribution\nCommodities\nEnergy\n\nWhat We Offer:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package.
