Join us and be a part of a company that’s making waves and empowering its people to do extraordinary things every single day!\nAbout the Role\nAs Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Warehouse Associates in accurate receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of product to meet company standards of accuracy, attention to details, sanitation, safety, security, and productivity.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage Warehouse/Logistics Team \nEnsure and track that productivity targets are met and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly, efficiently, promptly and following our company's standard operating procedures.\nManage daily warehouse operations to include receiving, shipping, inventory and logistics.\nManage warehouse and materials being staged for projects\nLoad and unload trucks\nReceive and count stock items and record data\nOperate materials handling equipment with proper training\nStore items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse\nMark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment\nWho We Are Looking For\n5+ year of Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics experience, ability to lift 50 pounds\nProven Leader with readiness to actively participate in all warehouse activities\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or Operations Management or related field preferred\nForklift certified, wire cutting experience a plus\nStrong decision making and problem-solving skills\nSupervisory Experience\nGood mobility and ability to spend most of the day in a warehouse standing and walking\nBasic Computer skills\nExperience with electrical distribution/industrial distribution preferred\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to company-defined weight limits.
