The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in physical stock counting, inventory reconciliation, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining inventory accuracy across multiple clients or brands.\nThis role requires active, hands-on involvement in warehouse operations and physical stock counts, not just supervision or reporting.\nKey Responsibilities\nEstablish and organize the inventory control function, including procedures, policies, and control mechanisms.\n\nConduct physical stock counts independently, including counting items, verifying quantities and storage locations, and recording results.\n\nPerform regular, random, annual, and cycle counts according to the inventory control plan.\n\nReconcile physical stock counts with inventory balances recorded in the system.\n\nRecount and investigate discrepancies to verify counting accuracy and identify root causes.\n\nAnalyze stock shortages, excess quantities, losses, and damages, and follow up on corrective actions.\n\nMonitor all inventory movements, including receiving, put-away, transfers, picking, dispatch, shipping, and returns.\n\nPhysically verify stock locations and quantities against system records.\n\nMonitor damaged, missing, excess, returned, and slow-moving inventory.\n\nReview inventory adjustments and ensure all changes are properly documented and accurately reflected in the system.\n\nMaintain inventory accuracy for each client or brand separately.\n\nDevelop and implement controls to minimize stock discrepancies, operational errors, losses, and damages.\n\nCoordinate with warehouse and operations teams to investigate and resolve inventory issues.\n\nPrepare periodic reports covering stock counts, discrepancies, root causes, corrective actions, and inventory accuracy KPIs.\n\nTrack inventory accuracy rates and continuously improve stock control processes.\n\nRequirements\n\n2–4 years of experience in stock control, inventory control, or warehouse management.\n\nProven hands-on experience conducting physical stock counts inside warehouses.\n\nWillingness to perform physical counting and fieldwork personally, rather than relying solely on supervision or reports.\n\nStrong experience in inventory reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and root-cause analysis.\n\nGood command of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems or warehouse management systems (WMS).\n\nStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to establish and organize inventory control procedures from scratch.\n\nStrong coordination and communication skills when working with warehouse and operations teams.\n\nExperience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, fulfillment, or e-commerce is preferred.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nSomeone who takes ownership of inventory accuracy, is comfortable working on the warehouse floor, investigates discrepancies until the root cause is identified, and can build a reliable stock control process from the ground
