This position will closely partner with one of our Senior Account Executives.\nThe Associate Sales Representative supports revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and assisting in the early-to-mid stages of the sales cycle.\nThis role focuses on consultative, solution-based selling of Audio-Visual, Physical Security and IT solutions across multiple industries including commercial, education, nonprofit, and government.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nProspect and qualify new customers through outbound calls, emails, networking, and research.\nConduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, goals, and challenges.\nSupport sales meetings, demonstrations, and site walks with senior sales and technical teams.\nLearn and position AV and IT solutions such as collaboration tools, conferencing, displays, networking, and managed services.\nAssist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.\nMaintain accurate activity and opportunity records in the CRM system.\nBuild relationships with customers and internal teams to support a positive sales experience.\nCompetencies & Skills\nStrong communication and listening skills with a customer-first mindset.\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.\nWillingness to learn technology solutions and consultative selling techniques.\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills.\nResilience, coachability, and comfort with outbound prospecting.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.\n0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.\nInterest in technology, AV systems, or IT solutions strongly preferred.\nWork Environment\nOffice work environment with some travel to customer sites.\nStandard business hours with flexibility based on customer needs.
