In addition to system administrative and end-user support, the role will also work closely with internal departments to modify and customize NetSuite to add efficiency, align with processes and meet business needs. In this role you’ll be part of the Internal Business Systems Team, and as part of this team you will help support other software systems used internally.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCreate saved searches, custom reports, KPI’s and dashboards\n\nCreate suitelets, workflows and scripts\n\nProvide ongoing support to users\n\nCollaborate with departments to make system modifications that increase efficiency and standardize processes\n\nDocument processes as they relate to internal systems\n\nAdditional duties preferred but not required:\nCreate reports in Power BI using information from multiple data sources\n\nSupport other software that integrates with NetSuite (i.e. ConnectWise Sell, ConnectWise PSA, Channel Online, etc.)\n\nCompetencies & Skills\nSelf-starter\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nStrong technical skills and desire to learn and keep up with new technologies\nStrong sense of teamwork\nKnowledge, Education & Experience\nRequired:\n2-3 years ERP System Administration experience, NetSuite preferred\n\nAdministrator level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom records, reports, saved searches, dashboards and forms\n\nExperience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow\n\nHTML knowledge\n\nSQL knowledge\n\nDesired:\nFamiliarity with any of the following software packages:\n\nConnectWise CPQ\n\nConnectWise PSA\n\nBrightGauge\n\nPower BI\n\nChannel Online\n\nCompensation\nStarting at
