We're characterized by both technical excellence and next-level collaboration and respect.\nAbout the Role\nTutor is hiring a Head of Engineering to run the operational side of our engineering organization, as a partner to our CTO. The CTO sets technical direction and leads the company's longer-term bets. You make engineering run: the roadmap, hiring, team structure, performance, and the way we work.\nThe team is about 35 engineers across software and hardware today and will grow substantially. We care about speed, about using AI throughout engineering, and about keeping things easy for the people doing the work.
