We’re growing our Recruiting team and looking for full-cycle recruiters who care about building high-performing teams. You’ll partner with stakeholders to craft well-thought-through hiring strategies, then carry them through every stage of the process. Candidate experience and a sense of urgency are at the top of your list. You keep stakeholders informed, manage your pipeline closely, and make every interaction a great talent brand experience.\nYou’ll own hiring for Tutor’s software engineering and AI/ML research teams, the people building the intelligence behind robots working in real factories and warehouses. You’ll partner directly with engineering and research leadership and report to the Director of Recruiting. We’re an onsite culture: we work together in person at our Watertown office, close to the teams and robots we’re hiring for.\nWhat You'll Own\nPartner with hardware and operations leaders on a hiring strategy for each role: what great looks like, where to find it, and how we’ll assess it\nRun the full cycle from sourcing to close, with heavy emphasis on outbound for people who aren’t looking\nDrive a well crafted and streamlined hiring process\nKeep searches moving with urgency, without trading off quality or candidate experience\nMake every touchpoint, from first outreach to offer, reflect the team candidates would be joining\nKeep hiring managers informed with clear pipeline updates and honest market insight\nUpdate Ashby (ATS) pipelines effectively so data drives decisions\nRequirements\n4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with meaningful time on hardware, manufacturing, or technical support roles\nA track record of building teams, not just filling reqs\nThe ability to have a real conversation with engineers and technicians about their work\nExperience winning candidates in competitive markets\nStrong stakeholder management: you advise hiring managers and push back when needed\nNice to haves (zero or more): early-stage startup experience, robotics/automation/manufacturing recruiting, hardware and field team pipelines, connections in the Boston/Cambridge tech community.\nOur interview process\nWe want you to know exactly what to expect.
