But robots are a rounding error in our society: nearly nine out of ten American factories and warehouses don’t even have a single robot, and robots have yet to make their way into our homes or places of business.\nTutor Intelligence is changing that.\nTutor is a robotics research and deployment company, building generally capable robot hardware and artificial intelligence to enable robots to go where no robots have gone before. Sonny is a semi-humanoid robot with frontier dexterity approaching the human form. Cassie does back-breaking work, moving boxes, pallets, and bulk goods for businesses from family-owned manufacturers to some of the largest brands in the world. Tutor robots are manufactured at scale and operate as a network, combining the whole fleet’s learned experience to train ever more capable robot artificial intelligence.\nFounded at MIT and headquartered in Watertown, MA, our team is full stack: we design and manufacture robot hardware, train our own models, work directly with the smallest and largest end-customers, and maintain our fleet across the United States. We’re a team of researchers, engineers, technicians, operators, and sellers who love building things and solving hard problems.\nOur mission is grand: robots everywhere, for the common good, raising the standard of living across North America, and then the world.\nThe Role\nEvery hire at Tutor runs through a calendar, and you'll own it. You'll schedule every screen, onsite, and debrief and make sure each one runs cleanly. Then you'll automate the work: we already use AI agents for résumé triage, and you'll build the ones that handle scheduling and follow-ups.\nWe need someone with a high sense of urgency who treats every open loop as their own.\nWhat You'll Own\nScheduling for every role: screens, onsites, and debriefs across teams and time zones\nOnsite logistics in Watertown, from panels and rooms to a candidate's arrival\nAgentic workflows for availability, invites, reminders, and scorecard follow-ups\nA clean ATS and a fast, clear candidate experience\nRequirements\n1-3 years in recruiting coordination, operations, or executive support\nYou've built an automation or AI workflow and can show us how it works\nHigh urgency and ownership: nothing sits overnight\nSharp on details and clear in writing\nAble to work onsite in Watertown, MA\nNice to haves (zero or more)\nHands-on experience building AI agents or workflows with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Zapier\nYou've used AI to take repetitive scheduling or admin work off a team's plate\nExperience scheduling multi-interviewer loops across time zones and busy calendars\nStrong time management: you keep dozens of moving pieces on track without dropping one\nA track record of urgency, same-day turnaround on candidate and interviewer requests\nEarly-stage startup experience\nExperience with ATS","description_format":"text","description_chars":2997,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Robotics
