We’re characterized by both technical excellence and next-level collaboration and respect.\nJob Overview\nWe are seeking a focused and reliable VR Robot Operator to remotely control robotic systems using a virtual reality headset and handheld controllers. The operator will complete structured pick-and-place objectives by identifying, picking up, moving, and accurately placing specified items.\nThe operator’s movements contribute to improvements in robot performance and learning. Actions must therefore be deliberate, efficient, consistent, and precise. Operators are expected to follow each objective as written, maintain a steady operating pace, and minimize hesitation, unnecessary movement, and repeated attempts while prioritizing safety.\nThe operator will also monitor robot performance, respond to operational issues, and provide first-line technical support using approved procedures. This role requires strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, disciplined troubleshooting, and clear communication with customers and internal technical teams.\nRequirements\nAble to use a VR headset and handheld controllers safely and effectively for scheduled operating periods, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.\nStrong hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.\nAble to perform controlled and precise movements at a consistent pace.\nAble to understand detailed instructions and complete objectives as assigned.\nComfortable performing repetitive pick-and-place tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nAble to interpret system alerts, document technical problems, and follow troubleshooting and escalation procedures.\nDependable and able to maintain attention during continuous or repetitive operations.\nAvailable to work assigned shifts based on operational coverage requirements.\nNice to
