You will oversee project execution, support business growth, develop high-performing teams, and ensure consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, and financially successful projects.\nLead regional strategy, business development, and operational planning across multiple electrical construction markets and project types. \nProvide executive oversight to project teams while maintaining strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships. \nSupport the pursuit, planning, and delivery of complex electrical projects across commercial, industrial, mission critical, healthcare, infrastructure, and other market sectors. \nMonitor portfolio financial performance, staffing, schedules, procurement, and risk management to achieve company objectives. \nPromote consistent standards for safety, quality, productivity, compliance, and operational excellence across all assigned projects. \nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n10+ years of progressive electrical construction leadership experience, including oversight of multiple large or complex projects. \nStrong knowledge of electrical construction operations, estimating, preconstruction, project controls, contract management, and financial performance. \nOUR MISSION \nWe build critical infrastructure that creates a better world. \nOUR VISION \nWe strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution.
