At Tutor Perini Civil you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large, high-profile, projects that impact your community.\nExtraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent\nJob Summary:\nTutor Perini is seeking a highly motivated and experienced BIM Coordinator to support the BIM Manager on a complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nJob Description:\nAssist the BIM Manager in fulfilling client BIM contract requirements\nAssis in setting up and executing clash detection workflows, review clash results and translate them into actionable coordination issues for design and trade partner teams.\nGenerate and maintain regular progress reports\nSupport the conditioning and adoption of milestone Revit models for 4D/5D simulations in Synchro 4D Pro. Coordinate with the project scheduler and leadership team to align model data with construction sequencing and cost data.\nPerform quality control reviews of BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with Level of Development (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) requirements.\nCollaborate with the BIM Manager, Asset Manager, and Trade Partner BIM teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet asset management and as-built documentation requirements.\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience on civil infrastructure projects, or projects of similar scale and/or complexity\nMinimum 1 years of experience providing BIM coordination services on complex infrastructure projects.\nProven ability to manage BIM updates, run clash detection, and communicate results effectively.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nSolid understanding of building systems and construction sequencing.\nAbility to read and interpret construction contracts and technical documentation.\nPreferred software skills: Autodesk, Navisworks, Synchro 4D Pro, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI, Autodesk Recap.\nOUR MISSION\nWe build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.\nOUR VISION\nWe strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution.
