At Tutor Perini Civil you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large, high-profile, projects that impact your community.\nExtraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent\nJob Description:\nProject Oversight & Coordination\nManage day-to-day construction operations for the bus terminal project, including structures, platforms, passenger facilities, and associated infrastructure.\nCoordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and sequencing of activities.\nWork closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to maintain alignment with project goals.\nScheduling & Planning\nDevelop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules.\nMonitor progress and adjust plans to address delays or unforeseen conditions.\nEnsure timely delivery and staging of materials and equipment.\nSafety Management\nEnforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations on-site.\nConduct daily safety meetings, site inspections, and hazard assessments.\nEnsure proper use of PPE and safe work practices at all times.\nQuality Control\nEnsure all work meets project specifications, codes, and quality standards.\nConduct inspections and coordinate with quality control personnel.\nAddress deficiencies and implement corrective actions promptly.\nSite Management\nOversee site logistics, including access roads, traffic control, staging areas, and security.\nManage site utilities, temporary structures, and environmental controls.\nMaintain organized and efficient job site conditions.\nStakeholder Communication\nServe as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, consultants, inspectors, and local agencies.\nProvide regular updates on progress, challenges, and milestones.\nParticipate in project meetings and reporting.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.\n15+ years of experience in civil or commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role for a heavy civil general contractor.\n Experience with transportation infrastructure projects (bus terminals, transit centers, or similar) strongly preferred.\n Experience managing construction projects valued over 250 million.\nProficient in construction management software and scheduling tools. OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification.
