We’ve provided design-build and design-bid-build construction for more than four decades, responding to disasters and supporting military operations around the globe.\nAcross the globe and the nation, a few notable projects include the US Coast Guard Maritime Patrol Hanger on Cape Cod, Security Barrier Systems, Lakenheath England; Seismic Repairs, Alcatraz Island; Ahwahnee Hotel Restoration, Yosemite National Park: USCG Hurricane Repairs, San Juan Puerto Rico; Air Force Academy Field House Renovation, Colorado Springs, CO; and multiple security upgrades for U.S. Embassy’s across the globe.\nAs a Contracts & Scheduling Coordinator at Perini Management Services, you will have the opportunity to:\nDescription:\nContract Administration Support\nAssist with preparation, issuance, and execution of subcontract agreements and purchase orders\nReview subcontract documents for completeness and inclusion of required exhibits\nTrack contract execution status and maintain contract logs\nCoordinate collection and verification of subcontractor insurance certificates, bonds, etc.\nMaintain electronic contract files and document management systems\nAssist with preparation and distribution of subcontract change orders\nSupport project teams with contract correspondence and notices\nProject Scheduling Support\nAssist in developing baseline project schedules during preconstruction and project startup\nAssist with periodic schedule updates through coordination with project teams\nGenerate look-ahead schedules and short-term planning reports\nAssist in preparation of schedule narratives\nAssist with change management, claims and TIA’s.\nMaintain schedule documentation and records\nRequirements:\nFour (4) or more years of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on construction management, or project engineering\nAbility to understand construction documents and develop scopes of work\nKnowledge of general construction and federal government contracting requirements\nGood interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral\nAbility to work in a team environment with multiple projects at the same time\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word primarily)\nWorking knowledge of Scheduling software a plus\nDesign-Build Experience is a plus\nPerini Management Services builds extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
