The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, improving performance, driving efficiency, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality construction projects.\nDescription:\nProject Planning & Execution\nLead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within time and budget.\n\nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to align schedules and deliverables.\n\nOversee resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.\n\nOperational Oversight\nMonitor and evaluate overall company operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.\n\nDevelop and implement operational procedures and best practices.\n\nTrack project KPIs and report performance to senior management.\n\nTeam Leadership & Management\nRecruit, train, and manage operations staff, site teams, and subcontractors.\n\nPromote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.\n\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.\n\nQuality Assurance & Compliance\nImplement quality control standards and supervise compliance at all project sites.\n\nConduct site inspections and risk assessments.\n\nEnsure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements in construction operations.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Communication\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.\n\nProvide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and key decisions.\n\nSupport the business development team in preparing bids and project proposals.\n\nBudget & Cost Control\nMonitor project budgets and financial forecasts.\n\nApprove procurement of construction materials and services.\n\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).\n\n15+ years of experience in building/vertical construction operations, Preferably in New York City, with at least 5 years in a Senior managerial role.\n\nProven experience managing large-scale construction projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.\n\nProficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD,Procore).\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal skills\n\nOUR MISSION\nWe build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.\nOUR VISION\nWe strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution.
