We’ve provided design-build and design-bid-build construction for more than four decades, responding to disasters and supporting military operations around the globe.\nAcross the globe, notable projects include the US Coast Guard Maritime Patrol Hanger on Cape Cod, U.S Forces Operations Facility at Camp Victory, Iraq, National Army Brigades in Afghanistan, the Air Warfare Center in Saudi Arabia and multiple security upgrades for U.S. Embassy’s across the globe.\nExtraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent\nDescription:\nAs a Project Engineer at Perini Management Services, reporting to our Project Manager you will have the opportunity to:\nProject Planning & Coordination:\nCollaborate with architects and engineers throughout all phases of construction, including pre-construction/design phases.\n\nAssist in developing project budgets, timelines, and procurement plans.\n\nReview and manage design documents for constructability and distribution to client & subcontractors.\n\nConstruction Management:\nAssist with developing and maintaining the project schedule, including monthly updates, and progress tracking.\n\nProcess change orders and manage scope changes between the client, subcontractors, and designers.\n\nAssist in securing vendors and subcontractors.\n\nMonitor costs and assist with budget management.\n\nIdentify and mitigate project risks.\n\nCoordinate with the owner and security officers for base access and ensure proper clearance.\n\nConstruction Oversight:\nSupport and oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with plans and specifications.\n\nAssist in monitoring worksite safety and ensure compliance with safety standards.\n\nAssist in the coordination of subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting:\nDocumenting and Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and decisions.\n\nManage submittals and RFIs.\n\nSupport QC inspections and ensure project quality standards are maintained.\n\nRequirements:\nEngineering, Architecture, Construction Management Related degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent competency achieved through relevant work experience.\n\nWork Experience as Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency with Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Procore\n\nWilling to travel and relocate near the project location.\n\nExperience working on US Federal Construction Projects, preferably with USACE or NAVFAC.\n\nPerini Management Services builds extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
