TPC- Building Projects is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the project in Brooklyn, NY\nAbout Brooklyn Jail Project\nExtraordinary Projects, Exceptional Performance\nThe approximate $3B project scope includes design and construction of a new state-of-the-art facility. The facility will contain 1,040 beds for men, programmatic elements such as a gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, and educational and workforce development spaces.\nIn addition, the facility will provide 30,000 square feet of community facility space, a below-grade tunnel connection to the Kings County Criminal Court building, a secured entry (sally port), and 100 accessory below-grade parking spaces for all staff and service providers.\nExtraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent\nDescription:\nWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and/or residential building construction projects from initiation to completion. The Senior PM will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.\nLead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.\n\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules (e.g., using MS Project or Primavera), and budgets.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes, contracts, and quality standards.\n\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.\n\nSupervise site personnel and support field operations to resolve issues promptly.\n\nMaintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.\n\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nConduct regular site visits, safety audits, and project status meetings.\n\nPrepare and present progress reports, cost tracking, and change order documentation.\n\nMentor and support junior project managers and site supervisors.\n\n Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.\n\n8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.\n\nProven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, cost control, and safety regulations.\n\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera, AutoCAD, Bluebeam).\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.\n\nPMP or equivalent certification (preferred).\n\nOSHA 30 certification (preferred).\n\nOUR MISSION\nWe build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.\nOUR VISION\nWe strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution.
