To learn more or get started with Tuva, visit tuvalabs.com.\nAs an Educational Sales Representative, your responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:\nCollaborating with the sales team to promote and sell our data literacy instructional program to schools and districts throughout United States. \nBuilding relationships, driving sales, and supporting educators in effectively incorporating Tuva across their math and science education.\nIdentifying and targeting new sales opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.\nPresenting and demonstrating Tuva's data literacy instructional program and the Tuva data and graphing tools to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and success.\nCollaborating with the content and production teams to customize and align Tuva's offerings to meet the specific needs and requirements of customers.\nStaying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to data literacy education.\nAttending conferences, workshops, and other events across California to promote Tuva and expand the network of potential customers.\nProviding feedback from customers to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.\nAbout You:\nHave a Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.\nHave a strong understanding of data literacy concepts and the educational landscape, preferably in K-12 education.\nHave previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in K-12 education or the EdTech industry.\nDemonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.\nDemonstrate strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.\nAre self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\nHave an ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nHave passion for education, online learning, and empowering educators and students.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience as a teacher or educator in K-12 schools, with a focus on data literacy or related subjects.\nFamiliarity with education standards, such as the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) or the Common Core Math Standards (CCSS).\nKnowledge of statistical concepts and data analysis skills.\nExperience in developing and delivering professional development sessions or workshops for educators.\nCompensation:\nTotal compensation for this position includes base pay (hourly rate or salary) with an opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance.\nIf you are a motivated and passionate individual who wants to make a significant impact in the field of data literacy education, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Tuva.
