You will use Raphael JS, SVG, and React to create data visualizations that adhere to WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards. You will work closely with our design and back-end teams to ensure our tools are both functional and accessible to all users.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop Accessible Visualizations: Create and maintain accessible data visualization tools using Raphael JS, SVG, and React components that comply with WCAG standards.\nCode Quality: Write clean, semantic, and accessible code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.\nAccessibility Testing: Implement and use automated and manual testing methods to identify and fix accessibility issues in visualization tools.\nCollaboration: Work with designers and UX experts to ensure that visualization tools are not only visually appealing but also accessible.\nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of accessibility practices and guidelines specific to visualization tools.\nContinuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest accessibility standards, technologies, and best practices, continually improving the accessibility of our visualization tools.\nRequired Qualifications:\n Experience: 3+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on building data visualization tools or work on complex.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.\nExperience with Raphael JS and SVG for creating complex visualizations.\nStrong understanding of WCAG standards and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications).\nFamiliarity with accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, Wave, Lighthouse).\nKnowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.\nExperience with version control systems, particularly Git.\nSoft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with user research and usability testing, specifically for data visualization.\nFamiliarity with other data visualization libraries and frameworks.\nContributions to open-source accessibility projects or participation in accessibility-focused
