Responsibilities\nPlan, organize and supervise daily concrete cube testing operations.\nEnsure timely receipt, registration, curing, testing, and disposal of concrete cube specimens.\nMonitor daily laboratory workload and allocate manpower efficiently.\nEnsure testing schedules meet contractual turnaround times.\nReview daily testing progress and resolve operational issues.\nSupervise and train laboratory technicians.\nAssist in resolving technical issues and client enquiries.\nMaintain laboratory records and support internal and external audits.\nKey Requirements\nDiploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related displine with minimum 2 years of working experience\nExperience working in a construction materials testing laboratory will be an added advantage.\nPossession of a valid Singapore Class 3 or higher driving licence is preferred but not essential.\nFamiliarity to ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 quality management systems will be be an added advantage\nResult and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative, good communication skills and leadership potential \nA proactive team player who is also able to work independently under challenging project
