Ensuring these align with our strategic goals, and completed on time and within budget; realizing its full potential value. You will work with a group of Process Owners; Project Coordinators; IT and broader ComEx team to ensure the ComEx roadmap - including improvement projects on Sales and Service processes are successfully implemented and adopted by regional sales teams. In this role, you will install project management best practices; manage a part of the ComEx portfolio of projects; work with the central PMO and Transformation Office to ensure accurate reporting.\nYour role and responsibilities\nDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and communication strategies.\nLead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective collaboration.\nMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.\nManage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring budget adherence..\nFacilitate a clear project governance, with regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.\nWork with L&D, Change and Roll Out Managers to ensure the foreseen changes are well adopted by the business.\nConduct thorough business analysis to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.\nEvaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.\nEnsure projects adhere to company standards, methodologies, and quality requirements (PMO Funnel, 5D Method).\nReport back on progress to the different governance bodies (ComEx Steercos, Global Commercial Meetings, Transformation Office).\nCommunicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, technical teams and end-users.\nYour profile\nMinimum 5 years of proven experience in a project management role, preferably within a large organization or as a consultant.\nPMP, PRINCE2 or other recognized project management certification is desirable.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders (IT, data, Sales).\nStrong understanding of Sales and Service processes; as well as Salesforce, Contact Center is a plus.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, …) is a plus.\nSolid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nFluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or other European languages is a significant advantage.\nWe offer\nAn attractive salary package including company car, meal vouchers and insurance benefits.\nFlexible working hours with strong attention to a healthy work-life balance.
