Other duties may be assigned.\nCreate and maintain operation reports in Excel\nGather information and data for Operations Team from both inside and outside contacts as well as various operating systems\nResponsible for providing data for the purposes of tracking productivity, quality in weekly/monthly comparisons\nResponsible for researching all warehouse CRM claims and Stock Alerts\nSlot warehouse for optimum warehouse efficiency\nPull and stock parts used for samples\nIdentify parts non-identified parts\nHOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE\nTo preform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nLanguage Skills:\nEnglish language proficiency is required for employees to effectively onboard and train in their warehouse position. Employees must be able to write, read and comprehend written material, along with understanding what is communicated and have the ability to communicate effectively in English. This includes, but not limited to, accurately and efficiently reading and comprehending work instructions, warehouse signs, communication monitors, work orders, product labels; along with communication in order to interact effectively with others. Additionally, positions in the warehouse environment are inherently safety-sensitive, based on the duties of the positions and the fact that these positions work with and/or around forklifts, hand-operated pallet jacks, conveyor belts, etc. Individuals in this position must be English language proficient to safely perform their job duties.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. \nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
