In this key role, you will take full commercial ownership of the Spanish and Portuguese markets, building strong customer relationships and identifying new strategic opportunities.\nYour role and responsibilities:\nIdentify and assess potential business opportunities, markets and partnerships.\nBuild relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders and follow up on leads.\nProvide advice on attachment selection based on the customer’s application (CAM)\nProvide After-Sales Technical Support to customers, acting as a link between the factory and customers, or specialist partner repairer (CAM)\nResponsible for tracking demonstration devices sent to customers (CAM)\nPerforming product demonstrations to customers, either on its own initiative or at the request of representatives based on customer interest (Jaltest)\nAfter Sales Technical Support to customers, acting as a link between factory and customers.\nConduct Market Research and identify trends in industry, customer needs and competitor activities.\nDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and collaborations.\nPrepare and present business proposals and plans to senior management.\nProduce, send and follow up on quotations for the customer.\nNegotiate and close deals that align with the company's strategic goals.\nAnalyse lost business deals and provide recommendations for improvement.\nEnsure adherence to SLA's and defined customer experience flows.\nPlan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.\nHow to succeed / Your profile\nYou have strong sales and negotiation skills.\nExperience with products similar to CAM is required, while familiarity with diagnostic solutions such as Jaltest is a definite plus\nYou are able to develop a strategic business plan, identifying long-term opportunities and challenges.\nYou have proven networking skills and are eager to visit industry events, conferences,…\nYou are familiar with relevant technologies and tools, especially those related to sales, marketing and CRM.\nYou have strong project management and stakeholder management skills\nYou are fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and ideally have a good level of English\nYou are willing to travel\nWhat's in it for you\nA competitive base and variable salary\nAdditional benefits, including car, company phone, pension, life insurance, medical insurance & meal allowance\nA people-centric culture where your fitness and mental well-being matter.\nPeople are at our heart\nTVH is a global business with a family atmosphere, where people are at the center.
