This role focuses on designing products in the beauty, lifestyle, and accessories sectors, collaborating with top-tier global brands. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for trends, a passion for product development, and the ability to produce high-quality designs that resonate with clients’ branding and market trends.\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with the Art Director and Creative + Development Team to produce product renderings, presentations, and artwork.\nConceptualize designs tailored to clients’ branding, market trends, and preferences.\nEnsure brand consistency throughout projects by understanding and adhering to client guidelines.\nTake ownership of design projects from concept to completion, executing and maintaining high design standard.\nBalance priorities effectively, meeting deadlines while communicating with internal stakeholders.\nAbility to relentlessly collaborate and at the same time work independently on several different projects at once.\nMust be commercially and financially aware of the business, from creative time management of projects and product development.\nPrepare accurate, factory-ready artwork and maintain organized production files for efficiency.\nCreate marketing materials, including newsletters and collateral, for Twelve.\nAdditional tasks may include mentoring junior designers, producing mood boards, sample photography, and file organization.\nLeverage AI to improve process efficiency and automation while preserving individual creativity, judgment, and original thinking.\nExperience:\n4-6 years of relevant design experience at an in-house creative team or design agency preferred.\nStrong skills in creating commercially successful designs, spanning mass-market to luxury.\nExtensive Adobe Creative Cloud- InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator experience necessary.\nMust have excellent layout design skills, including building highly creative client-facing decks.\nProficient experience in Photoshop renderings and mock-ups.\nProficient experience in illustrating, printmaking, and typography.\nProficient understanding of the Pantone colour system.\nUnderstanding of product development such as budget and material limitations, is beneficial but not necessary.\nRequirements:\nA passion for product - specifically within the beauty, lifestyle, and accessories space\nStrong understanding of brand development and consistency with the capability of solving complex problems through effective design\nMust have their pulse on the latest in product/design/fashion/typography trends.\nAbility to execute design tasks quickly and efficiently.\nMust be flexible, open-minded, and respond to constructive criticism with revisions to designs and projects as necessary\nDemonstrate excellent creativity, oral and written communication, listening, and decision-making skills.\nWhat You Can Expect:\nFull-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life)\nHybrid work environment\nMental Health Mondays: Once a month our offices close globally (that's an additional 12 days per year)\nGenerous Paid Time Off -- Including your birthday, personal days, and time off around holidays\nPaid Parental Leave\nSummer Fridays\nDiscretionary Bonuses\nSalary: $75k-$85k depending on experience\nTwelve Inc. is committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and everyone is encouraged to apply.
