The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales and customer service efforts by assisting with showroom setup, managing orders, and performing essential administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of accuracy, multitasking skills, and the ability to handle various clerical responsibilities, including data entry and record keeping.\nKey Responsibilities:\nShowroom Meeting Preparation & Presentation:Assist with market preparation and meeting set-up to create an appealing and professional environment for customers.\n\nSales Support:Collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales initiatives and support customer service efforts.\nPrepare and manage samples that need to be sent out to customers.\nAssist in managing client communications and follow-ups related to orders and product inquiries.\n\nOrder & Inventory Management:Track and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales.\nUtilize Excel and internal tools to maintain detailed records of orders, inventory, and customer data.\n\nData Entry & Record Keeping:Perform accurate data entry for orders, item setups, and client-specific information into client portals and internal systems.\nMaintain comprehensive records of sales activity and orders.\n\nGeneral Administrative Support:Assist with administrative tasks as needed by the sales team, including preparing reports, organizing documentation, and handling other office duties.\n\nQualifications:\nProven experience in retail, sales support, or administrative roles (preferably in a showroom or retail environment).\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel\nDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in data entry and record keeping.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.\nWhat You Can Expect\nFull-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life)\nMental Health Mondays: once a month our offices close globally (that's 12 additional days per year)\nGenerous Paid Time Off - Including your birthday, personal days, time-off around holidays.\nPaid Parental Leave\nSummer Fridays\nDiscretionary bonuses\nSalary: $26-28/hr depending on experience\n\nTwelve Inc. is committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and everyone is encouraged to apply.
