campaigns and automation workflows.\nCreate and optimize landing pages, forms, audience segmentation, and reporting dashboards.\nEnsure excellence in marketing campaign tracking, CRM governance, compliance, data integrity, and overall user experience quality.\nFront-End Development\nTranslate approved designs into production-ready HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.\nDevelop responsive, accessible front-end components and layouts using HubSpot CMS.\nWrite custom modules, dynamic templates, and full-site layouts using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.\nBuild themes and reusable front-end structures tailored to marketing and business needs.\nUtilize HubDB to create dynamic, data-driven content experiences.\nIntegrate front-end components with the HubSpot CRM using APIs, serverless functions, and custom apps.\nImplement components, interactions, and page structures for microsites, landing pages, intranet pages, and campaign assets.\nEnsure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to company web standards.\nUser Testing & Optimization\nConduct usability testing, heatmap reviews, and UX assessments.\nSummarize usability findings and recommend improvements.\nAnalyze site performance metrics and implement enhancements to improve load time, responsiveness, and user engagement.\nCollaboration, Leadership & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with stakeholders, IT partners, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and refine deliverables.\nImplement tagging, tracking, and measurement configurations to support analytics objectives.\nStay current on UI/UX trends, HubSpot platform capabilities, and front-end development best practices.\nRecommend new approaches and improvements to enhance digital experiences.\nParticipate in cross-functional Marketing function to align deliverables with organizational goals.\nSupport business relationships across teams and departments as needed.\nKnowledge (Education, License, Certification, and Prior Experience)\nAccredited four-year bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\nFive or more years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, HubSpot CRM, digital media, or marketing automation.\nProficiency with front-end technologies, including HubL, JavaScript/React, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive frameworks, and component-based design.\nDeep familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Content Hub, CRM, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and ecosystem developer tools.\nExperience in UI/UX design, front-end development, digital media, or web experience creation.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and prototyping tools.\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio.\nSkills and Abilities\nExpert knowledge of the HubSpot CMS platform and related technologies.\nStrong capabilities in UI/UX design, prototyping, and interaction design using Figma and similar applications.\nAdvanced proficiency in modern front-end development languages and tools.\nSolid understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508, and inclusive design principles.\nAbility to work independently with minimal guidance.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions.\nTravel/Physical Requirements\nMay need to move and set up materials, typically 40 pounds or
