We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise integration solutions for our global customers.\nRole Overview The Integration Architect will be responsible for defining integration strategies, designing scalable architectures, and providing technical leadership across multiple customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integration platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise application ecosystems. This role requires a strong blend of architecture, consulting, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership capabilities.\nKey\nResponsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Design end-to-end integration architectures for enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems. Define integration patterns, API strategies, data flows, and security frameworks. Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution blueprints. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. Establish integration best practices, standards, and governance processes. Technical Leadership Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review solution designs, integration workflows, and implementation approaches. Mentor Integration Engineers and Technical Leads on platform capabilities and best practices. Lead technical design workshops and architecture reviews. Customer Engagement & Consulting Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and integration challenges. Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture discussions. Present architecture recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and technical solutions to customers. Act as a trusted advisor for integration and automation initiatives. Delivery & Quality Assurance Support project teams in resolving complex technical challenges. Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to architecture standards and delivery best practices. Drive successful project execution while maintaining quality, security, and performance standards. Pre-Sales & Practice Development Support solutioning, effort estimation, proposal development, and customer presentations. Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices. Participate in capability-building initiatives and technical training programs. Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and industry trends.\nRequirements Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Workato Dell Boomi MuleSoft SnapLogic TIBCO Informatica Cloud\nTechnical Skills Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, GraphQL, and API Management. Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP). Expertise in event-driven architectures and messaging systems. Knowledge of JSON, XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques. Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRMS, Finance, and SaaS platforms. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services. Strong understanding of security protocols including OAuth, JWT, SAML, and API security standards. Leadership & Consulting Skills 10+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in architecture or solution design roles. Experience leading customer-facing integration programs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.\nPreferred\nQualifications Platform certifications in Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or related technologies. Experience with SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, Oracle, or similar enterprise applications. Exposure to Data & Analytics platforms such as Snowflake, DBT, Denodo, or Databricks. Experience working with global clients across multiple industries.
