You will work closely with engineering, product, and delivery\nteams to build reliable integration solutions while contributing to\narchitecture and engineering best practices. \nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterpriseintegrations, APIs, and automation workflows across internal and\nthird-party systems.\n\nBuild and manage integrations using Workato andother iPaaS/middleware platforms.\n\nDevelop and optimize API-based services, datapipelines, and workflow automations for business-critical use cases.\n\nWork with product, engineering, and business teamsto understand requirements and build scalable solutions.\n\nTroubleshoot, monitor, and improve integrationperformance in production environments.\n\nBuild reusable components, connectors, andautomation logic to improve delivery efficiency.\n\nEnsure integrations follow security, reliability,performance, and governance standards.\n\nSupport delivery teams in resolving integrationissues and improving system performance.\n\nWhat Your First 3 Months Will\nLook Like\nTake ownership of assigned integration projects andsupport ongoing delivery pipelines.\n\nWork on API integrations, automations, andtroubleshooting real-time production scenarios.\n\nCollaborate with senior engineers and product teamsto improve integration quality and performance.\n\nWhere You’ll Be in 6 Months\nIndependently handling multiple integrationworkflows and delivery requirements.\n\nContributing to reusable frameworks and engineeringbest practices.\n\nBecoming a key technical contributor forintegration design and production support.\n\nDriving faster delivery through automation andoptimized integration patterns. \n\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in softwareengineering, middleware, or enterprise integrations.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in Workato (Boomi,MuleSoft, WSO2, TIBCO experience is a plus).\n\nGood understanding ofREST/SOAP APIs, webhooks,OAuth, and connector-based integrations.\n\nStrong skills in JSON, XML, SQL,JavaScript/Python, and data transformation logic.\n\nExperience working with enterprise applicationslike Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Snowflake, Shopify, etc.\n\nExposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and automation architectures is a plus.\nGood debugging, troubleshooting, andproblem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paceddelivery-oriented environment with strong
