day-to-day\nDesign assurance: support hardware design assurance from prototype through release\nTechnical review: review requirements, interfaces, design outputs, and technical evidence for completeness and robustness\nRisk management: facilitate DFMEAs and ensure key risks are reflected in design controls and verification\nCross-domain integration: focus on hardware interfaces such as mechanical/electrical integration, connectors, grounding, and thermal interfaces\nRoot-cause investigation: coordinate structured root-cause investigations for hardware and integration failures, tracking corrective actions\nTest readiness: work with Test and Flight Test to ensure hardware is ready for formal verification\nYou should apply if you\nExperience: you bring 5+ years of experience in hardware development, hardware quality, product assurance, or reliability engineering\nTechnical depth: you have strong technical depth in either mechanical or electrical/electronic hardware\nSystem understanding: you have a broad understanding of complex electro-mechanical products\nMethodology: you're experienced with design reviews, DFMEA, root-cause analysis, and engineering change control\nWorking style: you're pragmatic and hands-on, comfortable working directly with prototypes, assemblies, and failed hardware\nEducation: you hold a degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, aerospace engineering, or a related discipline\nNice to haves\nDomain background: experience in UAVs, aerospace, defense, robotics, or automotive electronics\nEvidence-based
