We are looking for someone who enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with zealous attention to detail, good judgment, and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. \nResponsibilities\nIn this role you’ll:\nMaintain Revenue Team external customer email, responding to customer and other external queries in a timely manner and onboard customers to Twilio’s internal billing system and Financial ERP system, Gather and format large raw data sets to assist with customer billing reporting and queries.\nParticipate in month end close, including: Managing and tracking recurring billing and managing approvals, tracking and application of customer credits. Analysis of revenue related balance sheet accounts, Ad hoc customer financial reporting.\nAssist and participate in the development and implementation of financial controls and process surrounding revenue and invoicing, Onboard customers to Twilio’s internal billing system and Financial ERP system.\nParticipate in external and internal audits, as requested.\nResolve queries customers are facing relating to their billing. \nIndependently investigate customer issues, searching internal resources, previous cases, Slack channels etc to understand issues and provide detailed analysis of customer issues to the Sales team.\nManipulate and analyze large datasets in Excel. \nRespond to the Sales team in a timely manner and communicate complicated issues via Slack, via SFDC, via calls. Excellent communication skills are required - occasional calls with customers or Senior Leaders may be required. \nWork under pressure - high paced environment, quick turnaround times in order to comply with team SLA’s\nCollaborate with other teams in order to solve root problems to customer issues\nHelp out on other teams within the Billing Ops group, as requested\nParticipate in Month End close, as requested.\nQualifications \nTwilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!\nRequired:\nStrong experience in the area of Billings / Revenue / Order to Cash.\nDemonstrated problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills.\nExperience working with Oracle, Zuora and Salesforce is advantageous, although not essential.\nSolid experience working with large volume transactions with strong attention to detail.\nAdvanced Excel user: able to handle very large raw data sets using pivots and other functions such as VLOOKUPS.\n1-3 years experience in an Operations role.\nPeriodic weekend work will also be essential for this role.\nThird level qualification in Accountancy, Finance or a Business related discipline or equivalent experience.\nProficient Spanish and English.\nLocation\nThis role will be remote, and based in Mexico City Mexico.\nTravel \nWe prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other.
