You will design and facilitate Twilio's development programs, design and lead leadership team offsites, and serve as an internal coach to leaders and emerging talent around the globe.\nReporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development, you will spend most of your time in the room, virtual or in person, with Twilions: designing programs, facilitating sessions, guiding leadership teams through high-stakes offsites, and coaching leaders through pivotal growth moments. The ideal candidate is an expert facilitator and credentialed coach who designs with rigor, reads a room in real time, and turns every session into measurable behavior change.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you’ll:\nDesign and build facilitated development programs end to end, from needs assessment and learning objectives through facilitator guides, participant materials, and experiential activities, for leaders, managers, and individual contributors globally.\nFacilitate Twilio's development programs in person, virtually, and in hybrid formats, delivering engaging, inclusive sessions that build skills and shift behavior across a global, remote-first workforce.\nDesign and facilitate leadership team offsites and team effectiveness sessions, partnering with senior leaders to define outcomes, build agendas, guide strategic conversations, and drive clear commitments and follow-through.\nServe as an internal coach to leaders and high-potential talent, delivering one-on-one and team coaching engagements and embedding coaching into development programs to reinforce learning.\nBuild internal facilitation capability by developing and certifying a bench of facilitators, and set the design and delivery standards for Talent Development programs.\nPartner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and determine whether training, coaching, or a facilitated team intervention is the right solution.\nMeasure the impact of programs, offsites, and coaching through participant feedback, behavior change, and business outcomes, and use the data to continuously iterate.\nQualifications \nTwilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!\n*Required:\nBachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Education, or a related field preferred.\n7-10 years in talent development, with 7+ years designing and facilitating leadership, manager, and professional development programs.\nDemonstrated experience designing and facilitating executive and leadership team offsites, including strategic planning, team alignment, and team effectiveness sessions.\nExpert facilitation skills across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, with the ability to engage diverse global audiences and navigate challenging group dynamics in real time.\nStrong instructional design skills grounded in adult learning principles, including building facilitator guides and programs that scale through train-the-trainer models.\nExecutive presence with the ability to build trust quickly, deliver candid feedback, and maintain strict confidentiality with senior leaders.\nExperience using learning and coaching data, including feedback, behavior change, and business metrics, to demonstrate impact and drive program decisions.\nWillingness to travel for in-person programs and offsites (approx. 25%).\nDesired:\nCertification in assessment tools such as Hogan, DiSC, MBTI, or 360-degree feedback instruments.\nExperience building an internal coaching program or a facilitator certification pathway.\nExperience applying AI tools to accelerate program design, personalize learning, or extend the reach of coaching.\nAbility to effectively prioritize a full facilitation and coaching calendar in a fast-paced, ever-changing culture.\nLocation\nThis role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. \nTravel \nWe prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. Please note that hiring for this role is not restricted to the locations listed above.\n.\nThe estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:\nBased in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $128,560.00-$160,700.00..\nBased in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $136,000.00-$170,000.00..\nBased in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $151,120.00-$188,900.00.\nThis role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
