Come join our team!\nZantech is looking for a talented Cybersecurity Information System Security Officer to be responsible for technical cybersecurity efforts in coordination with the Lead ISSO, for an upcoming Onsite role supporting FEMA based out of their Headquarters in Washington, DC.\nThe Cyber ISSO will serve as point of contact for technical cybersecurity matters related to quantifying technical risk within the contract.\nResponsibilities include, but will not be limited to:\nSupport technical cybersecurity efforts agency-wide\nCoordinate with Lead ISSO on complex systems\nQuantify and communicate technical risk\nConduct security control assessments\nDevelop and maintain security documentation\nPerform vulnerability assessments\nSupport continuous monitoring activities\nAssist with incident response coordination\nProvide technical cybersecurity guidance\nWorks across all active call orders on assigned systems\nDirectly reports to Compliance Branch\nMay require emergency response deployment\nRequired Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:\n5+ years in cybersecurity and information systems security\nNIST Risk Management Framework implementation\nSecurity control assessment and testing\nVulnerability analysis and remediation\nTechnical risk quantification\nSecurity authorization documentation\nContinuous monitoring processes\nIncident response procedures\nConfiguration management\nSecurity testing methodologies \nRequired Certifications/Education:\nIAT Level III: CISSP, CISM, or CASP+\nRequired Security Clearance:\nUS Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret/SCI or higher clearance, per contract requirements.\n“Outstanding Performance…Always!”\nOur corporate motto represents our commitment to build long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees by providing the highest quality service in everything we do.
