This role sits at the intersection of healthcare and advanced technology, collaborating with our onshore team, product managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver sustainable, high-quality data integrations.\nResponsibilities \nBuild Data pipelines to support data integration and transformation processes with tools including Python, DBT, Workato, Rivery, and Snowflake\nBuild scalable and efficient systems capable of handling large datasets and complex processing.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the data integration process\nEnsure high performance and reliability through scalable architecture and best practices.\nIntegrate with third-party systems to expand capabilities.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data pipelines and integration\nDevelop and implement data validation and monitoring strategies to ensure ongoing data integrity\nCollaborate with onshore team to understand data requirements and provide technical guidance to align with Twin's standard operating procedures\nInvolve in scheduled operations to help audits, support the onshore team.\nWork closely with internal teams to deliver sustainable data integrations\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries\nContribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred)\n7+ years of experience working as a senior data engineer\nProficiency in Python, developing high-scale solutions and platforms\nStrong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, ETL tools, and microservices architecture\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nPreference for candidates with healthcare informatics experience and an understanding of health plan operations\nFamiliarity with healthcare claims billing and data interoperability standards such as EDI X12, HL7v2/3, and FHIR is a plus\nExperience supporting consumer-facing products with backend data systems\nUI experience \nThis remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.\nCompensation and Benefits \nThe compensation range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 annually. \nTwin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance our cutting-edge technology and medical science, deliver the best possible care, and turn our passion into value for our members, partners and investors.
