With a sound financial structure and a strong balance sheet that fuels continuous investments in its assets, Twin Rivers Paper offers its customers the security of local product availability through a strong, domestically-owned manufacturer and the assurance of long-term viability.\n\nOperational Leadership\nAssist the Mill Manager in overseeing daily mill operations to ensure safe, efficient production.\nCoordinate production priorities and shift activities to meet production and customer requirements.\nMonitor paper machine performance, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions.\nAssist in planning production schedules, machine trials, and grade changes.\nServe as a point of contact for operations during off-hours or call-ins as needed.\nProcess Optimization & Technical Support\nAnalyze operational data and production trends to improve machine efficiency and reduce variability.\nAssist with optimization of papermaking variables including wet end chemistry, machine settings, chemical usage\nWork with vendors and internal teams to evaluate new technologies and improve processes.\nSupport grade development trials and process improvement initiatives.\nWorkforce Coordination\nProvide guidance and support to hourly operators and shift supervisors.\nAssist with workforce scheduling, overtime coordination, and operational staffing needs.\nSupport training initiatives for production employees related to safety, quality, and operations.\nPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\nSafety, Quality & Compliance\nPromote and enforce a safe work environment and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.\nParticipate in incident investigations and support corrective action implementation.\nEnsure adherence to quality systems, GMP requirements, and food safety policies.\nSupport environmental compliance including wastewater discharge monitoring and reporting.\nContinuous Improvement & Projects\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings, waste reduction, and productivity improvements.\nSupport capital projects, machine upgrades, and equipment improvements.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and reliability initiatives.\nAdministrative & Communication\nAssist with reporting of production metrics, downtime analysis, and operational KPIs.\nCommunicate operational issues and performance updates to leadership.\nParticipate in manufacturing meetings and operational planning discussions.\nSALARY RANGE: $58,785 -
