As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving growth across the Twinkl Group by introducing, upselling, and cross-selling our innovative products and services. Serving as the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for new customers, you will ensure educators feel confident, supported, and excited about the value Twinkl brings to their classrooms.
This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
- Drive Growth: Proactively promote, upsell, and cross-sell Twinkl products and services (including Phonics, PlanIt Schemes of Work, Professional Development, and Physical Products) to enhance customer value and membership experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and aligned messaging.
- Sales Coordination: Work with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the efficient, timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Customer Success & Retention: Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction, nurturing long-term relationships that foster retention and expansion.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in upselling, cross-selling, or customer success with a measurable impact on revenue growth or retention.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and presentations for diverse audiences, from individual educators to school leaders.
- Ability to work seamlessly across departments to align client onboarding with broader business goals
- A highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset, with excellent attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting teachers is essential.
