Collaborate with Product, UX, and business teams to define technical strategy.\n\n- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.\n\n- Influence technology roadmap and contribute to organizational planning.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and delivery excellence.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.\n\n- Proven experience leading large, distributed, or multi-team engineering organizations.\n\n- Strong technical foundation across modern stacks (backend, frontend, mobile, cloud).\n\n- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, software lifecycle, and engineering metrics.\n\n- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior leadership.\n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have:\n\n- Experience in client-facing or consulting environments.\n\n- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable systems.\n\n- Background in microservices, mobile applications, or platform engineering.\n\n- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated
